How long does shipping take?
Orders received before 4:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped out on the same business day excluding holidays and weekends.
Any machine purchase will require a direct signature upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will then notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
